Antique Figural Petit Point Purse 164£225.00
Lovely vintage petit point purse with a cream background and a very pretty figural scenic design. Excellent condition. Measuring 7" x 9.5". Lovely silver plated and gilt metal clasp which has pierced work to the top. Label which says made in England but the tapestry is more likely to have been stitched in France or Vienna. These were very expensive when new and made by hand by accomplished needlewomen. Postage is included in the price. If you would like more information or pictures please don't hesitate to ask.
