From a large collection that I have just purchased these are unusual die cut Victorian scraps in the form of Ali Sloper and relations. Not sure if he was a cartoon in Punch or one of the papers but not much crops up in the memorabilia line so these are unusual. There are 5 charactors in all and measure around 4.5" inches high x 3.5" inches wide each and Ali Sloper is 6.5" high. Excellent condition.
