This is a nice oil on board of a river scene or lake with a boat, I have a bit of information about the artist listed below.

We knew a dealer who called on the artist many many years ago and can verify that he lived a very solitary life painting obsessively on anything he could find including old lino tiles and on a couple of occasions old cardboard. Its thought that they were images he re painted from his time in France during WW1

I own a large collection of them which I bought over 20 years ago but have decided to let a few go now. An interesting painter with some interesting landscapes which would benefit from being professionally framed.
