Antique Victorian fairing or Staffordshire figure little girl with toy doll

A lovely little antique Victorian figure maybe Staffordshire or could be a fairing depicting a little girl with her toy doll. There is a chip to the front of the dolls dress but its under the glaze so probably done in the manufacture otherwise in excellent condition. Measures 8.5 cm high approx
