A very pretty antique Victorian sterling silver brooch set with a hand painted mother of pearl counter decorated with pansy, narcisse, bluebell, daisy and forget me knots etc. There are hallmarks to the reverse, hard to make out the date letter but probably around 1890s. Unusual fixing to the reverse to allow this to be worn as a brooch or stood up as a tiny little miniature picture. Some slight patina to the silver mentioned for complete accuracy. Very good condition.
