A Rare antique novelty reeded column lamp post cherubs pocket watch stand

A rare antique novelty stand for a pocket watch in the form of a French coum lamp post with cherub decoration in relief to the base. Some patina commensurate with age and mentioned for complete accuracy otherwise in good all original condition, I think this could be stunning if taken apart for a professional clean. I think the base is steel so it would clean up well. 

Measuring 35 cm high x 9 cm x 9 cm at the base approx
