A pretty little early 20th century sterling silver ring set with a rare faceted Saphiret stone. Marked to the side Sterling and initials which are indistinguishable. Measuring a size I, at some stage I think this may have been altered to make it smaller, this stone would look fabulous set into a gold ring. It's in good all original vintage condition, there is a pinhead nick in the stone when you view it under a strong loop. Stone measures 10 mm x 12 mm approx

The stone looks darker in the pictures than in real life.
