A very nice little antique Victorian pressed horn novelty pipe tamper in the form of the preacher John Wesley. Some tiny bits of wear to the side of one of the little mother of pearl bits on his necktie, commensurate with age and mentioned for complete accuracy otherwise in very good condition.
