A very nice antique jewellery box with a brown velvet and taupe watered silk interior.  Some slight minuscule wear to the outside, commensurate with age and mentioned for complete accuracy otherwise in good all original condition. Push button closure and hinge work very well. The outside covering is dyed kid skin which is a lovely rich mustard colour, its hard to get the colour right on the pics. This was probably for a gentleman's cufflinks and studs.
